Asset Financial Compliance & Reporting: Expertise in AASB-compliant financial modelling, asset valuation, depreciation, sustainability analysis, and alignment between physical and financial asset registers for transparent reporting and informed decision-making.
End-to-End Asset Project Management: Planning, resourcing, and delivering asset-related projects with robust risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful implementation and compliance.
Data, Systems & Technology Enablement: Leveraging GIS, asset management software, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) to enhance data quality, governance, and performance reporting, including system selection, implementation, integration, and training support.
