Refresh, Reinvigorate and Revitalise through a Rebrand

Few medium-sized businesses survive 30 years, particularly in today’s volatile economic environment. I want to acknowledge and thank our directors, management, staff, and Associates who have nurtured, built, and maintained the professional reputation that CT Management Group values.

As we approach this milestone in 2026, we celebrate the launch of our new branding and website. On the eve of our 30th birthday, we felt it was time to refresh, renew, and revitalise our branding, marketing, strategy, and online presence. The result is a significant improvement on our previous look and feel, and we hope you enjoy a more informative and engaging website in the months ahead.

A big thank you to Esther, Merv, Melissa, and the rest of the team who contributed to the branding, logo, and new website. Our site is now easier to navigate, more contemporary, and more informative. I encourage you to visit us at www.ctman.com.au.

CT Management Group’s revised vision, mission, and values are:

Vision
To shape stronger resilient communities by empowering the organisations that serve them.

Mission
We combine industry leading strategic expertise, emerging technologies, and a national network of associates to deliver practical solutions for government and not for profit industries- solving today’s challenges and preparing our clients for the future.

Values
Integrity, Collaboration and Forward Together.

These statements were developed in full collaboration with our directors, management, and staff, bringing meaning and purpose to the organisation. Along with our new brand and website, this refreshed focus will support the company to grow and prosper over the coming decades.

In January 2026, we will commence recruitment for our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and plan to have an appointment by mid-March, with the new CEO in place by early to mid-April. I will remain as Chairman to lead and support future growth, assist the new CEO to settle in and flourish, and maintain our culture of service excellence.

This is a significant decision for the Board, and we believe the right person will strengthen the company’s profile and position as a provider of premium services, products, and placements.

Our strategy recognises the environment in which councils operate – demanding greater transparency, longer-term strategic planning, and an ever-present focus on financial sustainability. CT Management Group’s business development strategy centres on our Sustainable Council Program (SCP), including how this program integrates into the broader local government landscape.

The 2024/25 SCP has been developed to help councils strategically adapt to challenges such as cost shifting, climate change adaptation, renewal gaps, and technology disruptions – while remaining financially sustainable. The SCP combines our service areas with a strategic view of:

The facilitated assessment takes 2.5 hours and identifies improvement opportunities for financial sustainability. We also have specialist expertise in all these areas ready to assist councils.

Our specialist placement and workforce solution continues to provide councils with essential support, whether temporary senior roles, project managers, asset managers, or finance managers. We also offer expertise in economic development, town planning, waste management, and engineering.

Our products, including the Long-Term Financial Plan and Capital Works Evaluator continue to grow in popularity, now supporting over 40 councils nationally. These products are cross-jurisdictional and align with regulatory frameworks in each state. We use them in financial sustainability projects and can assess the impact of council services on long-term financial sustainability.

Our extended strategic alliance program enables CT Management Group to offer an even broader range of services, including leadership facilitation, IT services (AI and cybersecurity), community engagement, and detailed fleet and plant services -making us a true “one-stop shop” for all your council needs.

Finally, on behalf of the CT Management Group Board, we wish you a merry and safe Christmas and look forward to continuing to work with you in 2026.
