Over the past quarter, we have partnered with clients across procurement, property management, project management, asset management, specialist advisory, and finance. Encouragingly, we are seeing a continued shift toward more proactive engagement, where councils are seeking to strengthen internal capability, improve efficiency, and uplift performance, rather than solely responding to vacancies or immediate pressures.

Following several natural disaster events across multiple states earlier this year, we anticipate ongoing demand for recovery-focused support. This is likely to include program management, infrastructure oversight, financial recovery planning, and governance.

We are also continuing the deliberate expansion of our Associate network into New South Wales and Queensland which will strengthen our regional capability for place-based engagements while maintaining the integrity and connectedness of our values-aligned network.
